Sidr – Nifty Responsive Side Navigation

Sidr is a very well made jQuery plugin that makes it easy to create a menu similar to the way Facebook “swipe-from-the-left” navigation screen on their iPhone app. There are a lot of options that would make it useful for full sized and mobile sites.
